Martha Stewart Brings Equestrian Elegance to Her New Bandolier Luxury Collection

Inspired by her love of horses, gardening and fine craftsmanship, Martha Stewart introduces a fashionable collection of leather accessories, crossbody phone cases and a distinctive new estate tote.

Martha Stewart has spent decades making the practical look extraordinary. Her latest collaboration with Los Angeles accessories company Bandolier takes that philosophy into the world of fashion, with a decidedly equestrian touch.

The new Bandolier x Martha Stewart Collection, introduced October 15, 2026, brings together snake-embossed leather, polished gold hardware, expanded wallets and beautifully organized bags.

But it is the influence of horses and traditional riding equipment that gives several pieces their personality.

Stewart, who has carried Bandolier accessories for years, worked with company co-founder Maggie Drake to develop a collection based on the things she actually uses.

From the Stable to the Fashion Studio

Horse people have always appreciated good leatherwork. Saddles, bridles and riding equipment depend on materials that combine durability, comfort and craftsmanship. Those same qualities can translate remarkably well into fashion.

Stewart's affection for horses helped shape the collection's signature details. Custom gold buckles and sculptural metal links borrow their character from equestrian tack, while textured leather introduces a traditional sporting influence without making the accessories look like something borrowed from the tack room.

It is an interesting direction for luxury accessories. The equestrian look has never really disappeared from fashion, but here the details serve a practical purpose rather than simply decorating a handbag.

A Little Horse Country in the Hardware

One of the standout pieces is the Martha Shoulder Strap, featuring alternating gold circular links and specially designed equestrian-inspired links.

The strap connects to Bandolier phone cases and coordinating accessories, allowing a simple crossbody phone holder to become a more polished shoulder accessory.

The Martha Phone Case also features a buckle influenced by traditional riding saddles. Its snake-embossed leather creates an attractive contrast with the gold fittings.

These touches should appeal to anyone who appreciates classic equestrian fashion, even if their closest encounter with a horse is an afternoon at Saratoga or a weekend watching the Kentucky Derby.

The Phone Case That Doubles as a Wallet

Bandolier established its reputation by creating luxury phone cases that can be worn across the body. Stewart's version takes that familiar concept and adds considerably more storage.

The Martha Phone Case incorporates an expandable, removable magnetic wallet designed to accommodate up to eight cards, along with cash. A security clasp helps keep the wallet attached, while the adjustable strap allows the phone to remain accessible without occupying a hand or pocket.

With the wallet removed, the case supports MagSafe and wireless charging. It is a useful arrangement for travel, shopping, attending events or simply getting through a busy day.

The Martha Estate Tote: A Garden Bag Goes First Class

Another major piece in the collection takes inspiration from Stewart's enthusiasm for gardening.

The Martha Estate Tote reinterprets the familiar canvas garden bag as a sophisticated everyday carryall. Instead of carrying pruning shears and packets of seeds, this version is equally suited to travel documents, personal accessories and everyday belongings.

Heavyweight cotton canvas is combined with snake-embossed leather trim, interior compartments, deep exterior pockets and a specially designed phone pocket.

The overall effect is practical without looking utilitarian. One could easily imagine the tote going from a country estate to an airport lounge without appearing out of place.

Four Classic Colors and a Practical Philosophy

The collection includes Black, Chestnut, Truffle and Pine color options, with rich leather textures and gold detailing giving the accessories a traditional luxury appearance.

Prices announced at launch ranged from $48 to $380, placing the accessories within reach of shoppers looking for a luxury gift as well as those investing in an everyday bag.

Bandolier co-founder Maggie Drake explained that the collaboration grew naturally from Stewart's longstanding appreciation of the brand. Rather than simply attaching her name to existing products, Stewart helped influence the design, particularly the expanded wallets and organizational details.

The result is a collection that understands a simple point: a luxury accessory should not require its owner to sacrifice convenience.

And if the design happens to contain a subtle reminder of the paddock or riding stable, so much the better.
